I visited a Japanese Knife shop located at south Kensington to get a chef knives for me. For a first time i encounter a girl who is more interested in knives rather than in a boys, which makes me feel like i am talking to someone expert explaining to me about a knife in more details . She is really humble and friendly with a powerful knowledge of metal and steels. I really appreciate her hard work . In future if i want to get a new knife then it will from her.
