I have ordered from them multiple times now, because they try to get the things that are not available to the general public outside of Japan. They are transparent from the start and inform you that they cannot guarantee any of the items you purchase because they are dependent on the stock of the event location. But to my luck, I have gotten almost everything I ordered. It's nice that they are located in the EU so shipping is fast and there are no extra fees involved.All in all it's a nice place to source some rare merch from.
