Edit to their response - They're now lying - they didnt supply as agreed, the whole delay was caused due to the supplier shipping the product extremely late to which they admitted. I no longer needed the item. They are now stating they will only refund half of my order despite admitted it was their fualt and accepting to cover the cost of return The issue was not my delay on custom chargers but their delay for shipping. I am also somewhat suspicious of some of their 5star reviews having read them and them being unverified. I am now over 30euros down, with no product to show due to their poor handling of the product and situation Original review:I found that this website is a scam.They falsely advertise delivery dates on their website which they know they cannot deliver to. This wouldn't be so much of an issue if the premium delivery they advertise wasn't more than the actual item. The website stated that if you order before a certain date and pay the highest delivery charge it will come between certain times.They do ship the item eventually but its already late before it even leaves their shore. Theur premium delivery is a waste of money as they ship way outside the delivery times. The delivery protection is also a scam and means nothing, so I'd avoid that too.Their customer service is practically non existent. They ignore you for weeks. They change their decisions depending on who responds and then lie about it despite it being on email.Once/if the item reaches customs they essentially force you to accept the product late and pay custom charges or they threaten you wont receive your refund back once the item is sent back to them via customs. They did eventually offer to pay the charge as they admitted shipping late (no offer to refund the premium delivery i paid). But as their 'policy' didnt allow partial refunds, I had to pay the charge out of my own money first and then invoice them...yeah I didnt trust them enough to do that.If you try to raise an issue on social media they block you and delete the comment to stop other potential customers seeing their bad reviews.I'd seriously avoid this website at all costs. It is by far the worst service I have ever used. I have no product and will actually lose money because of their incompetence and poor business practices. This is the first time in my 30some years on this planet I have had to use a charge back with my bank. I would honestly avoid at all costs and save yourself the hassle.
