Good service, false advertisement but happy resolution

The service itself was good and went smoothly, however, the product was far from what was advertised. I expected the bouquet of flowers to be wrapped in the brown color and even paid an extra 8.50 euro’s for the brown wrapping paper and got an ugly green wrapping paper instead. In total I paid around 70 euro’s for the bouquet. In addition to this, the advertised pictures were light pink, white and red flowers. Instead we got light pink, an ugly fuchsia, and white flowers. Also, the flowers already look half dead. This is not acceptable for more than 70 euro’s! If the flowers looked exactly like the advertised bouquet, I wouldn’t mind but as you can see, it is very different from the picture on the website. So I would suggest that Jardin flowers correct this, it was on behalf of my family for my mother’s birthday/Valentine’s day and sadly, my mother and I were very disappointed.P.d: upon reading my review Jardin Caribe made contact with me, apologized and rectified the problem by giving me a new bouquet similar to the one pictured. With this arrangement, the problem was rectified and I was truly happy and satisfied. My mom was also happy!
