Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. They delivered some plants that were smaller than what I ordered. They promised a refund, but nothing has happened. On another order, they only partially delivered and never responded. They ignore emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls. Honestly, one star feels too generous, but I can't give zero.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. I ordered two weeks ago and am still waiting. I can't get any response from the company about my order's status. When I made the purchase, there was no indication that the item was out of stock. Now they say they're waiting for their supplier.
