Ok, I really need to compliment the support team. In my case, the item was small instead of large, but the support team was extraordinary and really tried to help or find a quick solution. All communication was through email; there was a small delay, but eventually they do answer and find a resolution. I am not a bot, nor have I been paid to write this; I am a real customer. Even though I was not happy with the item, the support team was really helpful and this is what matters really.
