The condition in which I received the returned item and the way this matter has been handled is ridiculous. The first dress didn’t fit me so I requested a refund with sending the dress back.
After you refused to issue a refund, you insisted that I return the product and clearly stated several times that no further return or exchange claims would be accepted once it was sent back. I complied with your instructions in good faith.
However, upon receiving the parcel, I discovered a large scissor cut through the packaging that also completely cut through the dress inside. The dress is now severely damaged and absolutely unwearable.
This situation is both absurd and unacceptable. Because you explicitly stated that no further claims would be possible, I am now left with a ruined item and no apparent recourse. The damage is so significant that it is impossible to believe it occurred accidentally.
