My experience with this company 2 years ago was fine, this time it's been a disaster. There was a lot of delay, unresponsiveness, excuses for missed deliveries, and when the fixture finally arrived it was poorly packaged and very badly damaged (parts bent, broken, and missing). Even worse, what I received looked nothing like the chandelier on the website. The design and materials are completely different, and it's terribly made and cheap looking. The company wouldn't respond to emails or messages (only finally replying to a negative review) but has refused to issue a refund or replace it with the chandelier I actually ordered and is now ghosting me. I've been forced to file a consumer complaint and take legal action to recover my money. Everything I have since researched about this company, including their public financial filings, is a big red flag. As a previous reviewer noted, payment is by bank transfer only (so no recourse), there's no phone number, no physical address, no communication.
