Hey Jatan & team,I am writing to escalate concerns regarding the Advance MasterCLass I enrolled on 2nd February, 2025. As multiple promises made at the time of enrollment have not been honored. The discrepancies are as follows:Certificate MisrepresentationIt was explicitly stated that the certificate would be powered by Microsoft and signed by Satya Nadella. Instead, the certificate has been issued by Skill Nation, which contradicts the original commitment.The certificate does not include my name, making it unusable.The certificate is only issued upon providing a mandatory 5-star rating during the quiz, which raises concerns about the integrity of the process.Incomplete Course Content (Power BI & DAX)The course was advertised to cover DAX and measure writing in Power BI. However, these topics have not been covered at all.Due to this failure to deliver the promised content, I do not wish to continue with the second installment of the payment and request a full refund of my first installment.Software & Application AccessIt was mentioned during enrollment that applications and software access would be included in the course fee.However, during the orientation call, it was merely stated that a “link” would be shared with a hack/tip to access ChatGPT-4 for five years, which is misleading and does not align with the original promise of actual software access.These issues amount to a serious misrepresentation of the course offering specially about the fake process and certificates issued. If a resolution is not provided at the earliest, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum with supporting recordings and documents. I expect a prompt refund of my 1st installment amount of INR 6000 in failure of which I will lodge a legal complaint against Jatan shah and his Masterclass
