I bought a premium account on the JOYRIDE app.After reinstalling it on my phone I found out I forgot the password.I asked for a password reset..Now I am 4 weeks further in time, 14 e-mails, sending multiple time proof of my identity, my payment, my credentials, setting up new non-premium-accounts... and they keep asking me the same questions over and over without solving my issue.Each time you respond to their message, another agent responds in the same (stupid) way. Their mail offers a link for feedback on their sevice.. but if you choose it you get a dead link.So in short, the app is nice, but the support sucks big time.I want my money back I can't get it back.I feel scammedMy response to the reaction of Jaumo down here:This is the standard reaction on bad reviews..Their response is not personal but an autoreply... only trying to keep up their (fake) reputation
