If I could’ve given no stars, my review would be more accurate! I’ve been trying to get my money back on a course that I had encountered problem after problem. The certification course literally offers zero direction other than a tutorial for self guided learning. There’s a structure set up, but so much is unclear once you are in it. I actually have a disability and had a doctor’s note requesting my discontinuing from course and further requesting my removal from course. It appears the only person in charge is Alisa at support services and she’s literally ignoring my repeated emails. There’s so much negative feedback across social media that only now I see but it’s too late. Outside of Alisa at support services for the certification program, there’s literally no contact information for support and I don’t think that’s by accident.
