I ordered my JazzCash card weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The Trax delivery guy called to confirm my address and then vanished. No delivery, no update — nothing.I even took a loan just to pay for the card, and now JazzCash acts like they don’t care at all. Such a careless and unprofessional service! If you value your money and time, stay away from JazzCash and Trax — they’re a complete failure when it comes to customer service.
