Today I received a call from JazzCash. They told me that I was being given a facility — if anyone in my family is sick or admitted to a hospital, I could get cashback through JazzCash by submitting the hospital bill receipt. However, they did not inform me that this “facility” costs Rs. 1950.After I accepted the offer, Rs. 1950 was deducted from my JazzCash account without my clear consent. This feels like a fraudulent practice, as taking money without providing full and transparent information to the customer is unethical and misleading.I request JazzCash to take this matter seriously and take action against such misleading calls or offers, so that other people do not face the same issue.
