I have installed JazzCash app yesterday and performed a bank transfer from Payoneer account. Even the first transaction was stuck up. I checked from Payoneer, they have already completed the transaction but not received in JazzCash account. On contacting twice the help center, JazzCash launched two complaints but nothing happened. Today, even the help line is not responding. Very poor service by an incompetent company, highly not recommend!
