Dear JazzCash Support Team,
It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to state that JazzCash has shown complete negligence, irresponsibility, and unprofessional conduct regarding my account upgrade.
I paid the required fee on 17 January to upgrade my JazzCash account; however, despite the passage of significant time, JazzCash has completely failed to process the upgrade.
I contacted 4444 multiple times from my registered JazzCash number, but none of these calls resulted in any solution. Instead, a missed call was made merely to show activity. When a representative finally called and I answered immediately, the call was deliberately disconnected.
Afterward, JazzCash sent me a message stating “We are trying to reach you”, which is an absolute misrepresentation of facts. Even more concerning, I later received a message claiming that my complaint had been resolved, whereas nothing has been resolved at all.
This behavior constitutes false reporting, misleading communication, and extremely poor customer service, which is unacceptable for a financial service provider.
I am completely fed up with this pathetic service and strongly warn others against using JazzCash. I have made a firm decision to discontinue JazzCash permanently, as I no longer have any trust in your service.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.
