I do think jb hi fi is a good store but they made an extremely bad error the other day regarding an online order of PS4 games. I ordered 3 PS4 games 2 of the 3 had the plastic wraps and had everything they were meant to come with, the 3rd game didn’t, to my surprise when I opened the 3rd game (a copy of nioh) the box was literally empty, no game, no paper word, nothing, just the box straight off the shelf, now unfortunately I can’t ever trust buying games online from jb ever again. To be fair I don’t know how they would react to this problem considering I wasn’t able to contact their online customer service because options are to limited and under “refunds” you need a receipt number and the online invoice doesn’t appear to have that and it needs a store location and had no option for “online transactions” for obvious reasons I haven’t attempted to walk into a store with an empty box and tell them this is what they sent because I can bet they would just laugh. be that as it may, what has happened has happened and buying games online from jb can no longer be trusted.
