On this a.m. of 4/2/2024 I followed [in the right lane of course] a driver who travelled in the PASSING lane for 14 miles in rainy, hard to see weather. Driver Never once bothered to get over, let the morning traffic pass them constantly & at most times drove over the speed limit. Only legible #’s was 276987 on back of truck. The route I was on: SR 246 heading North & turned at my destination before Wabash Ave Terre Haute, INHave a Great Day
