I booked a PPI. I trusted him in that moment, but overall was rushed. He noticed something that could be an issue, but I think with more time he would have picked up on other issues which I later found out about. After the day I booked him he was so hard to get hold of. Good heart but too all over the place for me. On a less busy day maybe I would’ve had a better service. The impact of his PPI meant I bought a car I shouldn’t have.
