I contacted him on a Sunday (out of hours) and arranged for a call out to my non starting vehicle and he was there Monday morning. I had a new fuel pump fitted and he was so efficient and friendly and explained every cost and exactly what he was doing to my vehicle. I was at work and it was my mum who met with him and he went out of his way to call me and keep me updated and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon.
