my MOT had expired due to being unwell and the car was due it's service. I called JB and explained the situation. he collected my vehicle on the morning I requested at a time that was convenient.he had book my car in for its MOT later that morning and he carried out a service afterwards.I also informed JB that my front passenger window mechanism was broken. JB returned my vehicle that afternoon with no major issues found and a fresh MOT certificate.JB told me he would find out the cost of replacing the window regulator and arrange to fit it at home.
