Updated: JB Prince responded and sent out a new spoon - service in hospitality (and retail) is critical - so giving a shout out and a revised rating. Mistakes happen but it’s how you handle!The box was too small for the larger spoon - so it arrived with part of the spoon handle poking out from the box and scuffed/cosmetically damaged.Given the amount paid for shipping and handling (equivalent/greater than the two spoons) - was disappointed at this. Product is great otherwise.
