I ordered two parts I needed for the Pacojet. One piece came and the other didn't. There was nothing that said it was back ordered so I emailed and did not get a response. I called and the automated phone system would not allow me to leave a message or connect me to customer service. I e-mailed again and got a response on the second e-mail. Once they responded it was sent right out. I am not sure why it was not sent with the other part we ordered. The first part came right away.
