The products are great and so happy to finally find the heavy gauge tart pans and in so many sizes from France like I have that were my moms who was a pastry chef. Found a few extra items to try too. My only issue was the difficulty removing stuck on labels. Soaked boiled rubbed boiled and soaked again and still sticky.
