There are many many items one can only find at JB Prince. Gray Kunz spoons - slotted and solid, are truly excellent. I have only excellent compliments for this store. My only complaint is sometimes the prices feel really really high. Most chefs/cooks make less than $50k yearly. I believe that if some of the prices went down, JB Prince would see higher sales on them.
