The pan I ordered arrived clearly previously used. When I reported this and supplied photos, the customer service representative impugned my testimony, responding with an attitude, saying they had never had this problem before. They eventually did promise to refund my money, hence an extra star. However, they then explained that all the scratches to the non-stick surface, as well as the dough still sticking to the exterior of the pan and the oily fingerprints were all artifacts of the production process. If this is how the pans are made, I wouldn't recommend buying one.
