Incorrect product shipped to me resulting in being unable to produce the desserts in a way that I wanted to. Once alerted to the mistake they did say that they would overnight correct product to me but its kinda past the point of it mattering to me. Also now I have to spend my time to ship them back the incorrect product. The least they could have done to make up for their mistake was let me keep the incorrect molds they shipped. Paying over $100 dollars each for these molds I would expect better service than this.
