I like the selection of tools and products they have. I bought a pair of plating tweezers. They cost $15 and weigh 8 oz maybe. I had to pay $15 for standard shipping (the cheapest, slowest option) and it took a solid week to arrive. This is just ridiculous! You really need to rethink your shipping policy.
