I bought Christmas presents three weeks before Christmas. In stock merchandise. Paid for expedited shipping. Everything is fine until three days before Christmas and I get an email from JB Prince saying the merchandise should arrive in January sometime. Seriously? I can buy from any other high-end kitchen/culinary store and not have this issue. Since I still don’t have the product, I cannot evaluate the quality of the merchandise at this time. I probably will not purchase from JB Prince again, based on their unreliability.
