I paid a large amount of shipping for next day air on a Friday to receive my product for Monday. JB Prince was kind enough to call and let me know my order was received too late and wouldn't ship until Monday, arriving on Tuesday. No sweat. My event was on Thursday. I tried to contact them Wednesday when it still had yet to arrive. I received a shipping confirmation email from FedEx on Thursday morning. After the event on Thursday, I emailed and requested that the order be cancelled, since the event had already transpired. All I received was the cancellation confirmation from FedEx. No apology from JB Prince. No email, no phone call. I have been a customer for many years, and this is the first time of such poor customer service. I understand the world is in a crazy pandemic currently, but it certainly doesn't help to be alienating your customers...
