I purchased three 6 in. bottom-release cake pans from you. The problem is that the bottom round is a different size/shape than the remaining part of the pan. Thus when the two are fitted together they do not form a tight seal. And my cake batter, carrot cake a fairly thick batter, began to leak from the pans before I could even get them in the oven. I am very disappointed. I thought your company made quality products. Christy Morgan
The tart molds themselves are great. However, I had ordered the wrong size and reached out 3 times to customer service to return the product so that I could order the right size. I did not hear back from anyone, and still have not - so I had to make what I ordered work. It would've been nice to get what I was trying to order, considering this website is not inexpensive.
I had not heard of JB Prince Co until I saw Michael Ruhlman on Instagram showing his egg spoon. I commented on his post asking where to purchase one (as it no longer available on his website) and he answered "JB Prince". I ordered it along with several other items. Everything arrived in great shape and very quickly. I will no doubt be ordering from them again.
Order was not filled due to a move in you location yet no on told me. I called to check on delivery and was told it had not been filled. Thank you for rushing an order, however, I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered 3 18 inch knives. I received 1 18 & 2 16 inch knives.
