Review Time
I purchased a replacement part for just under $20. Shipping was almost as much. It took a full two weeks to receive my order. Had I known the time and frustration this would cost, I'd have definitely found another source for the part.
We were getting anxious because we had not received shipping info on our order. We called to follow up and they realized the order had not been processed. They were able to take care of it right away and we received everything we needed with in 2 days and in time for our event. Thanks for the prompt response & recovery.
Received no updates on order processing. Called JB Prince customer service after 3 weeks without shipping updates. I did use tracking number from my order. When I looked up the number to track it was unknown. I called JB Prince Customer service- person who answered was rude and completely unconcerned about why I called.
