The spoon is great! The packaging was an utter failure. I don't understand why you would ship a one piece item that's not fragile in a giant box filled with about 10 feet of brown paper.... A simple bubble mailer would suffice, and to pass that cost of all the wasted materials right on to your customers. The cost of packaging was over twice what the spoon cost me. For what? Too much material that you're just dying to get rid of? You guys can definitely do better.
