I order a carpet kit and received it, unfortunately I didn’t receive 11 section of it.(11 pieces). I spoke with Kyle on the phone who is amazing by the way, and he spoke with tmi? Carpet piece is supposed to be coming though it is taking awhile. It has been over a month since originally received so that’s a bit frustrating. I have order 4 times in the last month or so and everything else has been great and in a timely manner. I have spoken with Kyle numerous times and he is always super knowledgeable and very friendly.
