I try to only speak with the tech dept.because most of the guys there know what they’re doing and saying. If your lucky you’ll get Sam or Andrew, but don’t get me wrong the others know they’re stuff when it comes to VW parts. I’ve gone through 4-5 grand in the last year restoring my car and if not for Jbugs techs and you tube videos not to mention a very thorough website I honestly don’t know what I would have done.
