Had 2packages out of 4 expected. 2 of them through fed ex and 2 through JCEXThe packages from FedEx arrived on time to my door. The two handled by JCEX said only unable to deliver to my addressNo option was given to have them correct it. That was all I received.Have one other order still out using the same company but expecting the same experience.Will never order any item that potentially uses this carrier again
