This is the 3rd time I have done a VIP programme with JC Nutrition. If you want results, John and his team are where you are going to get them. The Team have everything on point, from tailored nutrition and training plans to an unbelievable range of top quality supplements, all blended in with personal, motivational and constructive feedback at every VIP check-in. Adjustments are made when necessary to do so whether it be nutritional or training regimen changes, and the diet plan is not boring in the slightest. Incorporating the foods you like into your plan to keep it all sustainable.John has got me in the shape of my life and makes the process a pleasure not a chore, which I feel is key to keeping prpgress consistent throughout the process. Check-ins are fun, positive and motivational. Suffice to say, he's as charismatic as his crazy content videos!I have tried other highly recommended nutritionists with decent results but nowhere near as close as what I've achieved working with John and the JC Nutrition Team. Not only is it a programme but an education in finding a healthy balance through correct food choices.I couldn't recommend these guys any more highly.
