I bought these products not having much faith in them working as I have tried many things in the past that claim to help suppress your appetite but for the cost of it I thought why not. They actually work! They do stop me eating unnecessarily! I can plan my meals out much easier than before aswell because i’m not snacking in between meals now. They’re so easy to remember to take because I just do it as soon as I get up. I have an extremely busy lifestyle so I was forever making the wrong choices food wise but definitely not anymore. In the 1st week I lost 4lb and have consistently lost since then. 100% worth the money.
