Johns supplements are absolutely bang on. I dont go anywhere else for my supplement needs especially the whey protein which is 10/10. John also is very knowledgeable in the fitness and nutrition industry and also gives you the best advice. I feel john is honest not like other comapanies that try and rip you off.
