What a fantastic company to deal with, asked for a unique custom board and had a reply the same day with some different design ideas! The email hours certainly don’t stop at 5pm which is a massive bonus which made the whole process from asking, designing, altering and confirming the final product within the first 48hours. Unfortunately NOTHING to do with the company, but with the postal strikes and Christmas post I did have to wait nearly 3 weeks for the board to arrive. Again I must state this had NOTHING to do with JD logos as they provided a tracking number for the parcel where you could see where the parcel stopped due to the strikes. Equally the customer aftercare is second to none as they were frustrated for me at the delay and got weekly updates. The quality of the product is fantastic and chuffed is an understatement, would highly recommend to anyone.
