Ordered 4 items in the sale, to be collected at my local store. Email stated they hold them for 14 days. Went to pick them up on day 10, only to be told they were sent back after day 3 because they assumed I wasn't going to pick them up. Asked for the items to be re-sent, but was informed all they could do was offer me a refund. Costed me time and money to travel, and couldn't even get an apology. Absolute joke. Won't be ordering from JD Sports again.
