I had an unpleasant experience at JD Sports in La Défense Paris Les 4 Temps today, 19th April 2026. I asked the employee (named VANESSA wearing a white t-shirt) for the size but she told me to ask someone else. Then after that, I saw some jackets on the other side and wanted to check but she thought I would just put the shoes anywhere else, I told her, " Okay, here are the shoes, then she replied, " You should put them there by yourselves. She is so rude, has no willingness to assist, and doesn't have any good customer service. She has no sense of apology and she doesn't care that you don't feel satisfied shopping at JD. In the end, I still bought the shoes since I do not have the time to visit different stores. Even when I'm at the counter to pay, she is trying to gossip about me with her colleague, but her colleague is so good and ignored her. I hope the Higher Management will look into this and provide proper training for their employees specially to this “Highness Vanessa” about customer service.
