Slough high Street JDs .... I was bought a tracksuit on valentine's day by my partner , spent over a hundred on the 2 items . After one wear two of the letters were already hanging off, the second wear the hoodie and trousers have lost many of the letters,so I rang the shop. After 40 or so days having it ,,with the receipt,, I have to take the items back for them to send off and then go back at a later date to EXCHANGE THE ITEMS... THE MANAGER,, CHANTEL,,, VERY RUDE OVER THE PHONE AND COULDNT BE MORE INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH HER WORDS OR THE WAY THEY ARE PUT ACROSS.. JUST TO GIVE ALLLLLLL A WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ( SLOUGH JD AS IM SURE THEY ARE SELLING DODGY OR SNIDE OR GRADE 3 OR 4 STANDARD, RATHER THAN 1ST STANDARD.. ) NOT WAT THEY ARE ADVERTISING AS.. ALSO WEN PAYED FOR, THERE WAS A CONVERSATION SAYING IF THERES AN ISSUE SHE CAN SWAP WITH RECEIPT , , NOW THE MANAGER ,,,, CHANTELLE,,!!! SAYING THINGS IVE NEVER HEARD OF OR EVEN TRYING TO VE HELPFUL OR POLITE .. STAY AWAY FROM JDS IN SLOUGH. BE WARNED.
