However, during the subscription, I received no real insights. The content provided was already available on the free channel, often with better explanations. After my subscription ended, I reached out to inquire about a free trial month for evaluation before renewing, but received no response. Even a simple 'No' would have sufficed, but being ignored was disappointing. While I understand performance can vary, the lack of communication, especially given the cost, was unacceptable. The fee warranted at least a courteous reply. Ultimately, the absence of unique insights and poor customer communication were significant drawbacks. A simple acknowledgment could have greatly improved my experience.
