I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. My package was sent to the wrong address by the delivery service, and the recipients claimed they never received it, despite evidence. I contacted the support team immediately and was promised a replacement. After three weeks and numerous emails, I still haven’t received it and was given a fake tracking number. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company!
