So devoted! I was looking for bolts for the rear seat, and I went to 6+ places...JeepBolts was the ONLY place who could find them, but more importantly John was seemingly just as invested in getting my back seat installed as I was! He was tenacious and determined to find the right bolt for me! Seems simple on the surface, but this kind of customer service and loyalty is sadly becoming quite rare.
