Mixed experience. Good games and bingo, but poor customer service. The site is decent with some wins, and withdrawals are possible, though with a fee. I have 50 free bingo tickets, but the site won’t let me use them due to an error. I've emailed numerous times and waited almost two months. I spoke with a live chat agent who was unhelpful and could only suggest sending another email. Support is very lacking compared to other sites.
