I found this company through an advert and decided to try them out as I saw an offer for a £30 free bet if I staked £10.I signed up and was stunned to see my deposit method had a 15% (!!) fee applied. I deposited £80 but was only given £68 in my balance. I only found out about the fee at this point, I wouldn't have deposited had I known. It wasn't noted anywhere on the deposit page, but buried deep in the T&C's.Anyway, I placed both bets, the £10 stake and £30 free bet and both lose. I then go to a slot and get it back up to £70; at which point I decide to withdraw. I put in the withdraw request, and again am surprised they apply a 1% fee to withdrawals; no other UK bookmaker does this. Also, anticipating KYC checks, I find a page to upload docs before they ask me so I do that proactively. To my surprise, the funds landed in my bank account exactly one hour after my request.So the website isn't easy to navigate and the fees on deposits and withdrawals are extortionate, but withdrawals are quick and do happen so I can only guess that many of the other reviews here have breached T&C's in some way.
