Let my property through JC Port Phillip and was passed around to 4 different property managers in 3 months. Horrible communication they continue to ignore questions for 5 months, they have charged us for works we never authorised and refuse to refund us and are rude and unapologetic. Definitely do not recommend, use a different agent!
