Was renting an apartment through Jellis Craig based at their Hawthorne office for three years. In that time I had 3 agents that were all great, however Kaylah Kennedy was amazing! She was fabulous to communicate with and always did her best to assist me throughout my tenancy. She was warm, accommodating, friendly and easy to get ahold of. I needed to exit my lease agreement early and she just made the entire process a breeze! I've been in the rental market for a long time and I have never experienced such amazing service!
