Mount Waverley -- Treats tenants simply terribly

Overall the experience has been nothing short of appaling and terrible. Avoid at all costs!! Am a tenant for 5 years and have always paid rent by full, even during the most difficult times through the pandemic last year. However the amount of care and professionalism they places into you is nothing short of appaling. The oven for example has been broken for over a year, with muliple requests being sent over to the agency yet no repair whatsoever. Once a main water pipe burst within the property with water spewing out, called their repair line but nobody answered repeatedly (WITH WATER SPEWING OUT), and I had to dig up the phone number of the landlord to arrange an emergency repair. When moving out the amount of nit picking present on their end is literally more than a diamond examiner (maybe all their agents should work in this field instead). And when we agreed to hire a professional cleaner again they claimed one of their designated ones has to be used, while being extremely rude in their messaging streams, showing absolutely no respect to us whatsoever. Overall their motto is: Before you sign you get treated well, but after you sign.. good luck. When you are moving out, say goodbye to your sanity because we are coming after it!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
